Bild Studio signed the contract with Directorate of Public Works in August 2016. The aim of this contract is the efficient management and implementation of the OPRD and adequate implementation of Communication Action Plan.
The aim of EU assistance, provided through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), is to help countries to build institutional capacity to achieve the efficient adoption and implementation of the EU acquis and to prepare the country for the management of Structural and Cohesion Funds upon accession.
The IPA 2007-2013 (“IPA I”) is made up of five different components, one of which is Regional Development (IPA Component III). The overall objective of this programme is to improve living standards and the state of the environment in Montenegro, in accordance with national policies and strategies as well as with EU policies and standards.
With the support of the EU expertise, the Montenegrin authorities have structured the Operational Programme for the Regional Development for the period 2012-2013 (OPRD 2012-2013). The programme covers the areas of transport (railways) and environment protection (water supply and wastewater treatment) and consists of the 5 projects.
In April 2016, the Directorate of Public Works, as an Implementing Body of IPA III component – Regional Development, launched the tender procedure for service contracts for the project “Implementation of the Communication Action Plan and Organization of the Work of Sectorial Monitoring Committee”.
Bild Studio applied to the Lot 1 of the tender “Implementation of Communication Plan”, won the tender and signed the contract with Directorate of Public Works in August 2016.
The aim of this contract is the efficient management and implementation of the OPRD and adequate implementation of Communication Action Plan (CAP). The purpose is to inform and educate the wider audience and specific target groups in Montenegro on the EU, its policies programmes in Regional Development area through the implementation of CAP, which will promote the activities and achievements of IPA Component III.
The scope of our work within this tender is quite broad; hence, the Bild Studio firstly made sure to set up proper infrastructure in order to meet contract assignments. We will start from field research on the level of public awareness on the relevant IPA III projects, conduct series of activities in the domain of visual identity (design logo, promo material, billboards, plaques and many more). We will then develop a unique website and perform various marketing and PR activities, from delivering slogan and accompanying messages to an organization of press visits, press conferences, and provision of technical support in drafting various publications.
Both sides, Operational Structure, and Bild Studio have demonstrated the strong will to jointly contribute to smooth achievement of the project aims and activities.
